Keep Pressing Onward..

Many of us make decisions to start something or make a change in our lives but did you know that only about 5% actually do something about it.  If you are doing the 21 Day program guess what?  You are in the 5% and should be proud, you have decided to make a change for the better, any change is good that means that you are tired of the old.  Maybe you keep doing the same thing over and over again but never see anything happening well stop doing what doesn’t work and start doing something different.

Sometimes change requires a little pain, whether it be emotional or physical that’s normal, like losing weight if it was easy and didn’t require some pain we’d all be skinny right?  It’s painful changing our habits but it is necessary you will get through it you just have to stick to it.

Deal with a little pain if you really want it!!
