Ever wonder how you can make your recipes a little healthier? Well I have a few ingredient exchange tips for you, try these and increase the nutrition of some of your favorite recipes.
Heavy cream = Evaporated milk
1 egg = 1 cup applesauce (not saying eggs are bad just an alternative)
1/2 cup butter – 1 banana
1 cup flour = 1/2-1/3 cup protein powder, you can also grind up some oatmeal and use that with the same ratio it’s awesome
